Frequently Asked Questions
Payment
Payment is rendered in advance for all projects -- no
exceptions. In the case of products or services bartered, special
arrangements will be made for that portion of payment.

Web Hot Design is devoted to making sure you are pleased with
your final product. We will attempt to keep in communication with you
over every course of your project. Should you be dissatisfied with any
part of the final product, we will work with you until it meets your
standards and satisfaction. We're not happy unless you're happy!
Content
Web Hot Design is conscious of international copyright law,
and will not knowingly incorporate unauthorized materials into the
design of a project. That said, there are several pay sources from which
we obtain copyright-free incidental graphics. If we must procure
original content for you, you will be charged the cost of the content,
plus a standard 15% (content will be licensed in your name to your
site). Any content you provide to us for incorporation into design work
is assumed to be legal. We will never ask you to defend your integrity,
however, we reserve the right to pass on projects that arouse unusual
suspicion.
Copyright
Unless specifically negotiated by means of contract,
copyright of all graphic and site design, as well as original copy
remains with Web Hot Design (or the applicable creative individual
working in tandem with WebHotDesign.com). Templates, graphics, and other
intellectual properties may not be duplicated beyond their intended use
or resold without permission.
Why have a
website?
A website is a means of publicizing and promoting your
organization. By putting everything from contact information
to a description of your services and your philosophy on the
Web, you allow people all over the world to discover you,
understand what you do, and contact you if they need to.
